NOTICE OF APPEAL OF PLANNING COMMISSION DECISION REGARDING APPLICATIONS OF XCEL ENERGY BEFORE THE WASHINGTON COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
On November 4, 2022, at 9:00 a.m., the Washington County Board of County Commissioners will hear an appeal filed by the Public Service Company of Colorado (conducting business as Xcel Energy) to consider Xcel Energy’s appeal of the September 19, 2022 decision of the Washington County Planning Commission that Xcel Energy’s applications for a use by special review and a 1041 permit (for a major facility of a public utility – a transmission line) for Xcel Energy’s Colorado Power Pathway project we incomplete. Additional information may be obtained from the Washington County Courthouse, Commissioners’ Office. The hearing will be held in the County Courthouse, 150 Ash Street, Akron, Colorado 80720.
